Customer Care Agent

• Build customer relationships: first point of contact via email, phone, and online platform
• advise customers about assortment and spot commercial opportunities (upselling)
• Digital Hero: guide customers on online ordering platform and act as ambassador for digital tools
• Process guardian: ensure flawless administration of orders and think about structural improvements in ordering process
• Teamplayer & Problem Solver: quickly liaise with colleagues from dispatch and finance to offer customer the best experience

• Speaks and writes excellent Dutch and French
• Good knowledge of English
• Enjoys proactively calling customers and getting them excited about promotions
• Easily finds way in new programs and (online) tools
• Keeps a cool head when busy and thinks in solutions
• Accurate, takes initiative, brings healthy dose of humor to the workplace
• Experience in hospitality or commercial inside sales is a plus
