Join us as a Crewing Officer and help us manage our flight and cabin crew schedules for the critical 72 hours before departure. Our Crewing Officers work in a combination of shifts, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, offering a real chance to manage your work/life balance. Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Manage flight and cabin crew schedules for the critical 72 hours before departure
Work on the best solution in response to required operational changes in the flight program with minimal impact on crew and customers
Conduct daily briefings on behalf of the Crewing Departments for Belgium and the Netherlands
Monitor live flight operations and ensure any changes are noticed and acted upon immediately
Maintain the Crew Management System accurately
Collaborate with Crew Travel teams to adjust crew hotels and transportation when schedules change

Vereisten:

Higher education or equivalent through experience
Logistic, planning or similar experience
Creative problem solver
Ability to think quickly and stay calm under pressure
Flexible and adaptable
Good at prioritizing and finishing tasks
Attention to detail
Good communicator
Eager to learn
Willing to work in shifts (day - night) and on weekends
Proficiency in Dutch, English, and French (both oral and written)
