Functieomschrijving:

Join us as a Crewing Officer and help manage flight and cabin crew schedules for the critical 72 hours before departure. You will work in shift patterns, 24/7, and enjoy great travel discounts during your free time. No aviation experience is required, just a sharp eye for detail, a creative approach to problem-solving, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Finding the best and most efficient solutions for changing crew compositions and flight operation changes
Ensuring continuity of operations
Briefing daily from the Crewing departments in Belgium and the Netherlands to the Operational Control Center in England
Monitoring the operation proactively
Keeping the Crew management system up-to-date
Informing Hotac & Travel of all changes in crew composition

Vereisten:

Higher education or equivalent through experience
Experience with planning or logistics is nice to have
Flexible, able to prioritize, empathetic, and adaptable
Structured, detail-oriented, enjoys planning and works accurately
Good communication skills
Eager to learn, curious, and self-teaching
Willingness to work in shift patterns (day - night) and weekends
Very good knowledge of Dutch and English (both oral and written)
