Contractbeheerder

• Maintaining and expanding existing client relationships
• Ensuring smooth cooperation between clients, service technicians, and planners
• Preparing maintenance quotes and monitoring budgets
• Coordinating and planning maintenance tasks
• Advising and supporting clients both technically and commercially
• Overseeing project administration, forecasts and reports
• Identifying and leveraging commercial opportunities

• MBO 4 diploma or higher, preferably in a technical or business administration field
• Familiarity with NEN 2767 is a plus
• Experience as a contractbeheerder or similar role within the technical sector
• Skills in planning, preparing and managing maintenance contracts
• Proficiency in Dutch language, both spoken and written
• Commercial acumen to identify and act on opportunities
• Ability to manage responsibilities and deadlines
• Service-oriented, proactive and solution-focused personality
