We are looking for a site leader who is enthusiastic about working in a growing organization. You will be responsible for daily leadership on construction sites, organizing and coordinating works, conducting site inspections, ensuring quality standards, maintaining contact with suppliers and subcontractors, coaching workers, and handling administrative tasks.

Daily leadership on construction sites
Organizing and coordinating works
Conducting site inspections
Ensuring quality standards are met
Maintaining contact with suppliers and subcontractors
Coaching and evaluating workers
Participating in internal and external meetings
Administrative tasks including site notifications, damage cases, permits, progress reports, work diaries, site vouchers, invoice checks, and planning of materials and personnel

Vereisten:

Relevant bachelor diploma or several years of experience in a similar function
Minimum possession of a B driver's license and willingness to obtain a C/CE driver's license
Perfect knowledge of Dutch and good expression in English
Team player, self-reliant, and able to work independently
Flexible and able to handle unexpected situations
Accurate with good numerical insight for efficient administration
