As a Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst, you play a critical role in the sales process, involving quotes, orders, delivery, and aftersales. You will build and sustain relationships with stakeholders in the construction sector while ensuring smooth collaboration and successful client outcomes. This role combines commercial and client-focused responsibilities in a dynamic working environment.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

handling the entire sales process including quotation requests, order processing, delivery of orders, and aftersales
building strong relationships with installers, advisors, architects, and contractors
advising clients who request quotations
proactively engaging in successful collaborations
maintaining involvement post-order to ensure successful outcomes

Vereisten:

MBO-4 or HBO diploma
work experience in a commercial inside sales role
excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written
proficiency with CRM- and ERP-systems
