Functieomschrijving:

As a commercial advisor at Bol, you will be the driving force behind the success of our sales partners. You will recognize opportunities in the market, think strategically, and support partners in optimizing their assortment and turnover. You will analyze data, recognize growth potential, and translate that into concrete actions. You will provide well-founded advice on visibility, revenue growth, and product offerings. You will also work with colleagues to share knowledge and achieve common goals.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Analyzing data and identifying commercial opportunities
Providing strategic advice on growth, visibility, and assortment
Monitoring results and making adjustments where necessary
Actively collaborating in a team of 12 commercial advisors

Vereisten:

MBO+ or HBO opleidingsniveau, or a comparable level of thinking
Good command of both Dutch and English, both oral and written
Well-developed commercial insight and ability to spot opportunities in the market
Eager to learn, motivated, and willing to invest in your own development
Some work experience in a commercial role is a plus
