Randstad Professional is looking for talented commercial advisors to support professional customers via phone in the banking sector. The role involves analyzing customer queries, finding solutions, and detecting commercial opportunities to propose suitable products.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Being the point of contact for professional customers
Helping customers with questions about loans, insurance, investments, payment transactions
Analyzing customer questions and finding solutions
Detecting commercial opportunities and proposing suitable products
Ensuring optimal customer satisfaction

Vereisten:

Diploma algemeen secundair onderwijs
Bachelor or master is a plus
Drive, enthusiasm, and interest in banking and entrepreneurship
Passion for a fast-changing digital (bank) environment
Entrepreneurial, customer-oriented, and engaged
Enjoy working with customers and have a commercial drive
Open to a flexible schedule (working between 07:30 and 20:00) + 1 Saturday per month
