Als sales support medewerker ben je de eerste contactpersoon voor de klanten van onze opdrachtgever. Je beheert de administratieve en commerciële opvolging van orders van A tot Z en zorgt zo voor een perfecte service. Je bent een onmisbare schakel tussen de klant, de verkoopafdeling en de productie.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

  • First point of contact for customers
  • Manage administrative and commercial follow-up of orders from A to Z
  • Ensure correct order follow-up, from entry to delivery
  • Answer customer questions via phone and email
  • Process complaints and provide appropriate solutions
  • Responsible for invoicing
  • Provide administrative support to salespeople
  • Send samples and documents
  • Follow up on sales targets

Vereisten:

  • Bachelor in a commercial direction
  • Maximum 6 months work experience
  • Fluent in Dutch, French and English (both oral and written)
  • Very good knowledge of French is crucial
  • Stress resistant and works accurately
  • Proactive attitude and thinks in solutions
  • Lives near Kortemark or is able to travel easily to the company location
