Import (Gate-in): receive drivers, check their documents, enter all data into the system, assign parking spaces, report vehicles for scanning or damage control
Export (Gate-out): inform drivers where to pick up their cargo, check status in the TOS system, ensure CMRs and customs documents are complete for departure
Communication: assist drivers with the use of e-gates and Oribi, answer questions via phone and email about loading and unloading activities
Administration: process the administration of night deliveries and cargo, ensure orderly archiving
Quality & Accuracy: correct entry of chassis numbers and cargo data in the system
Reception: provide a friendly and professional reception
Safety & Security: support safety and environmental policy, correctly register co-drivers and visitors
Internal Link: ensure seamless communication with scanners, yard planning, technical service and other internal departments
