Are you an experienced CNC miller/programmer with an eye for detail? Do you want to work on unique projects where your skills are truly valued? As a CNC miller/programmer, you will be responsible for machining custom workpieces using 5-axis CNC machines. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that each project is completed to perfection from start to finish.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Operate and program 5-axis CNC milling machines to produce complex workpieces
Read and interpret technical drawings and convert them into production tasks
Ensure the quality of the final product through meticulous checking and adjustments
Plan and manage tasks independently while ensuring progress is on track
Contribute to process optimization and product improvements

Vereisten:

At least 3 years of experience as a CNC miller/programmer
Experience with 5-axis CNC milling machines, and knowledge of software such as DMG Mori, Hypermill, and Heidenhain is essential
Fluent in Dutch, both spoken and written
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methods
Strong attention to detail and precision in your work, even under pressure
Solid technical knowledge and the ability to work independently
Problem-solving mindset and a drive for continuous improvement
Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team
Experience with CAD/CAM software is a plus
