CNC miller/programmer

• Operate and program 5-axis CNC milling machines to produce complex workpieces
• Read and interpret technical drawings and convert them into production tasks
• Ensure the quality of the final product through meticulous checking and adjustments
• Plan and manage tasks independently while ensuring progress is on track
• Contribute to process optimization and product improvements

• At least 3 years of experience as a CNC miller/programmer
• Experience with 5-axis CNC milling machines, and knowledge of software such as DMG Mori, Hypermill, and Heidenhain is essential
• Fluent in Dutch, both spoken and written
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methods
• Strong attention to detail and precision in your work, even under pressure
• Solid technical knowledge and the ability to work independently
• Problem-solving mindset and a drive for continuous improvement
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team
• Experience with CAD/CAM software is a plus
