Functieomschrijving:

Casemanager Verzuim role focusing on creating a safe, healthy work environment and sustainable employability for IKEA employees. The position involves being the linking pin between people, processes and policy, advising managers on complex absenteeism situations, guiding employees during reintegration, and making improvement proposals based on absenteeism data.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Coaching and supporting managers and colleagues during the absenteeism process from A to Z
Advising on interventions to shorten absenteeism duration
Identifying risks and bottlenecks and making improvement proposals
Providing insight into financial impact of absenteeism
Stimulating sustainable employability
Collaborating with company doctors, external case managers and other stakeholders

Vereisten:

HBO work and thinking level
Knowledge of absenteeism, labor law and social security
Preferably completed ROV education
Minimum 3-5 years experience as a case manager
Proactive, critical and able to collaborate within a large dynamic retail organization
Clear communication, integrity and result-oriented
