Are you looking for a job where you can combine numerical work with general all-round administration? In the job of Administrative Accounting Clerk, you will join a close-knit team. A varied function with many social contacts.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Support the internal accountant in monitoring and processing all financial administration
Debtors management
All-round administrative accounting tasks
Optimizing internal processes for more efficiency
Preparing and registering rental contracts and place descriptions
Follow-up on rental of apartments (Immoweb)
Follow-up on payments from tenants
Applying indexations
First point of contact for tenants, informing them of their rights and obligations
Digitizing drivers' driving times
Monitoring tank system for drivers
Monitoring training for drivers (code 95)
Monitoring and managing insurance portfolio
Reporting and following up on work accidents

Vereisten:

Bachelor or master diploma or equivalent through experience
Excellent knowledge of Dutch and fluent in French
Good knowledge of MS Office applications: Excel, Word, Outlook
Relevant experience in basic accounting and general administration
Ability to prioritize
Dynamic and hands-on mindset with little need for support
