Part-time sales assistant position at IKEA Utrecht, requiring 12 hours per week availability mainly in the evenings, weekends, and school holidays. Responsibilities include customer assistance, managing the sales floor appearance, and handling sales orders.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Ensuring the department always looks neat and tidy, even during busy times
ensuring price tags of articles are accurate and showroom models are well maintained or replaced if necessary
identifying sales signals and actively assisting customers with suitable home solutions
supporting the customer throughout the sales process by offering relevant services and creating sales orders in the system.

Vereisten:

An open customer-friendly attitude that allows you to easily approach all visitors
a good command of the Dutch language
good availability to work in the evenings (from 17:00), on weekends, and during school holidays
insight into various computer programs, with the ability to quickly adapt to internal systems.

Wat we bieden:

All-in hourly wage from € 17.25 per hour, including a 13th month and 8% holiday pay
collective bonus scheme up to 150% of your gross monthly salary
100% reimbursement of public transport travel expenses, with a travel allowance of up to € 243 per month for other methods
15% staff discount at all IKEA stores in the Netherlands.
