Bediende Yardplanning

• Capacity management: Efficiently planning the terminal and constantly anticipating changing circumstances
• Operational management: Distributing tasks for dockworkers, scanners, and park guards and setting their hour schedules
• Quality & Safety: Meticulously monitoring compliance with safety instructions on site
• Stock management: Managing daily inventory and ensuring orderly 'housekeeping' of the yard

• Bachelor Logistiek Management or equivalent through experience
• Strong spatial insight and healthy interest in the automotive sector
• Planning and organization skills
• Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure
• Fluent communication in Dutch and English (knowledge of French/German is an asset)
• Proficient with MS Office and quick to learn innovative planning tools
• Flexibility to work in rotating shifts (starting at 06:00, 08:00, or 09:00) and willingness for occasional weekend work
