Preparing quality dough for various types of bread and, in time if you are interested, also artisanal viennoiserie
Operating the ovens and accurately monitoring baking times for a perfect result
Monitoring hygiene and order in the bakery according to applicable standards
Actively contributing to smooth cooperation within the night team
Thinking about optimizations in the baking process to guarantee the quality of our bakery
