Functieomschrijving:

Als Automation leader bij jij verantwoordelijk voor de implementatie van het automatisatie masterplan op zowel startegisch als operationeel vlak. Je geeft leiding aan je automatisatie team (2 Automatisatie Ingenieurs en Automatiastie Werkvoorbereider) en ondersteunt hen daar waar nodig is. Bovendien voer jij ook zelf verschillende automatisatieprojecten uit en springt bij waar nood is. Als meewerkende Automation leader detecteer je verbetermogelijkheden, werk je de roadmap uit voor toekomstige automatisatiestructuur en implementeer je projecten betreffende automatisatie, op vlak van software en hardware. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor techniekers op vlak van het oplossen van storingen betreffende PLC.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

  • Implementatie van automatisatie masterplan op strategisch en operationeel vlak
  • Leiding geven aan automatisatie team (2 Automatisatie Ingenieurs en Automatisatie Werkvoorbereider)
  • Uitvoeren van automatisatieprojecten
  • Detecteren van verbetermogelijkheden
  • Uitwerken roadmap toekomstige automatisatiestructuur
  • Implementeren projecten automatisatie software en hardware
  • Aanspreekpunt voor techniekers oplossen storingen PLC
  • Verantwoordelijk voor oplossen storingen (Reactief en Proactief) en analyse chronische problemen
  • Onderhoud en uitbreiden datamodel
  • Integratie nieuwe assets in visualisatiepakket
  • Beheren Lifecycle management PLC’s
  • Implementeren en opvolgen veranderingen in PLC-programma’s
  • Ontwikkelen Programmatiestandaard en standaardisatie hardware en software
  • Ondersteunen operations, projecten, team
  • Opzetten Innovatieprojecten en uitwerken concrete scope, budgettering, resourcesplanning, uitvoering (IT/OT, MES)

  • Meewerken aan diverse projecten, zoals het valideren van innovatieve ontwerpen voor installaties, controleren van gloednieuwe machines, en buigen over de uitbreiding of updates van productielijnen
  • Het volgen van elke fase van de technische werkzaamheden: van de eerste brainstorm over het ontwerp en aanbesteding met lastenboek tot installatie en implementatie
  • Ingezet worden op verschillende projecten, waardoor je in aanraking komt met alle domeinen van een technisch project (bv. mechanical, electrical, automation, processing)
  • Samenwerken met de project leader en andere collega’s van het projectteam, waaronder technical designers, experts in automatisering en professionals in processing
  • In staan voor de opmaak van bestekken, het opvragen en vergelijken van offertes, het plaatsen van bestellingen
  • Begeleiden van contractors bij eerste bezoek, uitvoeren van veiligheidsrondes en controle van de werkzaamheden volgens timing, bestek en opdracht
  • Constructief samenwerken en de juiste mensen motiveren en activeren dankzij jouw sterke communicatievaardigheden en het vermogen om technisch jargon om te zetten in duidelijke taal
