Functieomschrijving:

As an assistant station manager, you will assist the station manager in leading the team and ensuring the smooth operation of the service station. You'll handle tasks such as personnel management, addressing challenges, fostering a safe environment, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include administrative support, coaching your team, and maintaining safety and hygiene standards.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Ensuring an optimal customer experience at the service station
Supporting performance, exit, and absence discussions with employees
Guiding and coaching the team to maintain a hospitable and successful service station
Ensuring efficient personnel planning and staffing
Assisting with administration and management of cash flow and goods
Upholding safety and hygiene regulations

Vereisten:

Experience in a leadership role
Willingness to work at the TotalEnergies Danenhoef location in Oss
Availability for a minimum of 32 hours per week
Hospitality and customer service orientation
Commercial insights with a focus on customer-oriented service improvements
Flexibility for shifts during weekends and holidays
Ability to provide a Certificate of Conduct (VOG)
Screening in the FAD-register

Motivation to gain experience as an assistant manager
Current experience as a sales associate, team leader, production worker, or shift leader
