Functieomschrijving:

Assist in managing a fuel station, collaborate with the station manager, lead a team, handle administrative tasks, ensure safety, and contribute to guest satisfaction while growing your career at Circle K Netherlands.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Providing optimal guest experiences
Supporting employee performance, exit, and absenteeism discussions
Coaching team members for hospitality and success
Creating efficient personnel planning
Administrative support for cash and goods flow management
Ensuring safety and hygiene compliance

Vereisten:

Experience in a leadership role
Availability for a minimum of 32 hours per week
Hospitality and service orientation
Commercial insight with customer service improvement focus
Flexibility for variable shifts (weekends/holidays)
Ability to provide a Certificate of Conduct
Verification in FAD register
