Functieomschrijving:

A logistics role in day shift from 9:00 to 18:00, supporting the coordinator and team leader at Würth in 's-Hertogenbosch.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

  • Onboarding and training of new colleagues
  • Addressing colleagues on productivity and quality
  • Improving the quality and productivity of the department
  • Identifying and reporting malfunctions
  • Processing performance data from programs
  • Working as an order picker for 50% of the time

Vereisten:

  • Experience in logistics, preferably as an order picker
  • Ability to motivate colleagues and address performance
  • Proficient with computers
