Dreambaby, a specialist in baby products and advice, seeks an Assistant Store Manager in Zaventem. The role includes assisting the store manager, supporting teammates, improving customer experience, and ensuring seamless operations.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Assist the store manager to achieve operational objectives
act as the final point of contact in their absence
ensure a warm welcome to customers with teammates
set an example on the work floor and motivate colleagues
contribute ideas to improve the customer experience and provide excellent service
monitor sales figures with the store manager to ensure smooth operations
prepare schedules and planning
onboard and support new colleagues

Vereisten:

Diploma is a plus but not required
experience in a retail environment is a plus
good leadership skills and the ability to positively motivate team members
strong communication skills to provide clear feedback, suggestions, and thoughts
customer-focused with expertise in advising clients
fluent in Dutch or French with good knowledge of the other language (FR/NL)
flexible to work varying schedules, including Saturdays with a day off during the week
