Functieomschrijving:

Als Application Support Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het oplossen van applicatie- en systeemproblemen die zich voordoen. Je reageert snel wanneer technische problemen abrupt optreden en onmiddellijk moeten worden opgelost. Daarbij combineer je jouw zakelijke vaardigheden en technische IT-kennis. Je gaat deel uitmaken van een team van 4 on-site support engineers, je werkt samen met ons managed staffing team en een centrale backup engineer. De planning wordt gezamenlijk binnen het team beheerd. Buiten kantooruren wordt de bereikbaarheid gewaarborgd door een vast escalatieproces. Je fungeert als lokaal aanspreekpunt voor gebruikers en escaleert indien nodig naar de centrale IT-afdeling. Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

  • on-site IT support ondersteuning voor productie- en laboratoriumsystemen
  • Troubleshoot hardware en network issues
  • Ondersteun en implementeer label printers en analytische apparatuur in samenwerking met externe leveranciers
  • 2nd and 3rd line application en end-user support
  • Werk volgens GxP-richtlijnen en ITIL-principes
  • Draag bij aan het opbouwen en onderhouden van een kennisbank om kennisdeling en ondersteuning op lange termijn te waarborgen
  • Speel een proactieve rol bij het optimaliseren van processen en het waarborgen van compliance regels

Vereisten:

  • Je hebt een bachelor in IT
  • Je hebt 2 - 3 jaar ervaring in IT Support / Application Support
  • Je hebt brede (all-round) IT-vaardigheden en je leert snel nieuwe toepassingen
  • Je kunt complexe ideeën uitleggen aan mensen met beperkte technische kennis
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van informatiesystemen binnen een organisatie
  • Je hebt sterke analytische vaardigheden en leert snel
  • Je hebt een passie voor klantervaring
  • Je kunt zowel zelfstandig werken als in een team
  • Ervaring met custome made applicaties is een pluspunt
  • Perfect in Nederlands en Engels

  • Stimuleer teambetrokkenheid en ontwikkeling
  • Toezicht op de dagelijkse operaties, ticketafhandeling en SLA-naleving om tijdige en effectieve oplossing van klantproblemen te waarborgen
  • Fungeer als escalatiepunt voor complexe klantproblemen en werk crossfunctioneel samen met Product en Business
  • Bouw sterke relaties op met klanten en interne partners om afstemming en klanttevredenheid te waarborgen
  • Ondersteun het aannemen en inwerken van nieuwe ingenieurs om langdurige lokale capaciteiten op te bouwen
