Within an international corporate culture where variety is central, you will take care of the check-in of TUI passengers and their luggage, ensure timely and safe boarding, and take on the self-handling tasks of the flights within your shift. Services can start as early as 03:00 and end around 18:00, but this can be changed. You must also be prepared to work on weekends and holidays if necessary. This role reports to the Station Account Manager and is offered on a fixed-term contract of 6 months.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Check-in of TUI passengers and their luggage
Ensure timely and safe boarding
Handle self-handling tasks for flights
Inspect and verify passenger documents
Register passenger information and travel documents in TUI's departure control system
Assist passengers with delays or problems
Support Lost & Found process
Sell airplane tickets
Report problems to relevant departments
Maintain safety and security standards
Answer customer questions

Vereisten:

First experience in a customer-oriented environment
Fluent with computer systems
Spontaneous and professional in assisting customers
Willing to take responsibility
Flexible working hours including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
Dutch-speaking
Comfortable assisting passengers in French and English
