As an Air Cargo Office Agent, you are on top of all our cargo activities. You have an active input to initiate the perfect logistical flow so that aircraft and trucks are loaded as efficiently as possible. Your tasks are very concrete and varied: which cargo do we put on which flight? Is all data correct in the systems? Is everything in order regarding security and customs regulations? You give instructions to our warehouse staff and coordinate with the Loadmaster at the aircraft: how and where is which cargo placed in the aircraft? Have the mandatory documents been correctly and timely on or off board? It is a matter of collecting information, coordinating with everyone, putting the puzzle together, managing administratively, and coming up with the right solution when something goes wrong.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Coordinate the perfect logistical flow for efficient loading of aircraft and trucks
Determine which cargo goes on which flight
Ensure correct data in systems
Ensure compliance with security and customs regulations
Give instructions to warehouse staff
Coordinate with the Loadmaster at the aircraft regarding cargo placement
Ensure mandatory documents are correct and timely
Collect information, coordinate with everyone, manage administration, and provide solutions when something goes wrong
Handle full freighters with approximately 100 tons of cargo per flight

Vereisten:

Willingness to work in a continuous shift system including nights, weekends, and holidays
Fluent spoken and written Dutch and English
Administrative skills
Bachelor's level thinking ability
Communicative and customer-friendly
Able to work independently and in a team
Experience in a logistics environment is helpful but not mandatory
