Word jij onze nieuwe administratief medewerker op de Hiring Desk? Je beheert hier het volledige uitzendproces. Je kunt rekenen op een aanstelling van 32 tot 40 uur per week. Hierbij geniet je van een hybride werkvorm waarbij je de week 50/50 verdeelt tussen thuiswerken en het kantoor in Utrecht.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Manage the entire temporary staffing process
Manage the central mailbox and independently answer as many questions as possible as the first point of contact
Support consultants with administrative processing after a selection and request necessary additional information
Communicate with external suppliers about the progress of contracts and pre-employment screening
Give temporary workers the correct instructions for their time registration and liaise with temporary employment agencies for correct processing
Run reports from Excel so that temporary employment agencies can carry out payroll correctly
Check whether all documents from workers comply with the established guidelines

Vereisten:

C1-level proficiency in Dutch, both written and spoken
Education at minimum HBO level
Minimum 4 weekdays available to work during office hours
Minimum 6 months availability
Willingness to work in Utrecht (hybrid after a while)
Solid foundation in administrative work
