For a large multi-technical service provider, we are looking for an indispensable force on their local service desk. The client ensures that complex environments – from technical installations and distribution networks to entire infrastructure – run more sustainably and energy-efficiently. On this specific, secure site, you, together with three colleagues, are the point of contact for everything that happens. It is a temporary assignment for a period of at least 6 months.
Functieverantwoordelijkheden:
Be the main point of contact for approximately 60 daily requests via phone, email, or at the desk
Convert notifications into work orders (in Maximo) and assign the right technicians
Help with administrative catch-up: updating reports, following up on legal checks, and invoicing (in SAP)
Use Excel to add formulas or automate processes to make work easier for the whole team
Vereisten:
Fluent in Dutch
Willing to speak French
Proficient in Office 365
Experience with SAP is an advantage
Ability to work independently and proactively
Quick to process new information
