Werkt klantgericht, nauwkeurig en resultaatgericht, met aandacht voor kwaliteit in elke stap van het proces
Teamspeler met een professionele en proactieve houding, die zelfstandig kan werken en collega’s ondersteunt om samen commerciële doelstellingen te realiseren

Functieverantwoordelijkheden

Ondersteunt de Key Account Managers bij vragen, offertes, bestellingen en rapportages en neemt proactief contact op met klanten om vragen te beantwoorden, informatie te verstrekken en commerciële opportuniteiten te signaleren
Fungeert als eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten binnen jouw verantwoordelijkheidsgebied en zorgt voor een professionele, servicegerichte opvolging
Bereidt sales meetings en klantendossiers voor, stelt presentaties en commerciële documenten op en houdt deze up-to-date
Volgt rapportages, rebates en prijsherzieningen op en communiceert deze duidelijk en correct naar klanten en interne diensten
Detecteert commerciële kansen bij bestaande klanten en stemt deze af met de Key Account Managers
Werkt nauw samen met Front Office, Back Office, Finance, Marketing en het Global Accounts team om klanten optimaal te bedienen
Beheert de digitale ondertekening van contracten en maakt of actualiseert klantenfiches
Bij afwezigheid van Tender Support volg je tijdelijk de Pest Control-tenders op
