Voor het versterken van het Customer Service team in Deurne. Wil je graag aan de slag als Account Executive voor Gosselin? Sta je graag rechtstreeks in contact met onze klanten i.v.m. het afhandelen van logistieke stromen? Streef je daarbij graag naar een optimale klantentevredenheid en bouw je de klantenrelatie graag verder uit? Dan hebben we goed nieuws! Voor onze vestiging te Deurne zijn we op zoek naar een Account Executive.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Responsible for the complete flow and efficient handling of logistics flows according to existing processes
Contribute to an efficient and customer-oriented logistics service
Exchange data with the customer, answer questions, and provide requested information
Perform tasks according to precise rules and within the set time limit
Build a strong customer relationship and strive for optimal customer satisfaction
Full operational dossier management from A to Z within the ERP system, ready for invoicing
Prepare, check, and follow up on transport, freight, and customs documents
Conduct operational communication with the customer and stay in contact with our internal operational services
Proactively keep the customer informed about the progress of the shipment/dossier to maintain high customer satisfaction
Regularly consult with Sales colleagues regarding the evolution of the business (growth/decline)
Register and follow up on any customer questions in consultation with your team leader
Arrange optional insurance policy with the insurance broker

Vereisten:

Bachelor diploma Logistiek management or equivalent through experience (expeditie: import en export)
Minimum 5 years of experience in this field
Basic customs knowledge is necessary
Strong communication skills, polite assertive
Excellent command of Dutch and English (both oral and written)
Knowledge of French and/or German is a plus
Driven, customer-oriented, and a real team player
Open to changes
Strong administrative skills (working with multiple ERP systems)
Quick insight into workflow
Knowledge of Navitrans is a big plus
