Proactively approach customers in need, identify requirements through appropriate questions, and advise on optimal solutions that exceed customer expectations
Understand how to use various IKEA sales and communication channels and the know-how of dealing with diverse customers
Manage the assigned area in a clean and tidy state, correctly mark prices, and maintain sufficient inventory
Actively learn about product functions and benefits with a passion for IKEA products and share this knowledge with customers and colleagues
Understand the store and department execution plans
Actively propose all services provided by the IKEA store to provide a satisfying shopping experience
Lead or support the execution of planned promotional activities involving the department throughout the store
Identify best-selling products and high-priority products and actively work to sell them
Analyze and adjust sales space capacity based on system parameters
Understand IKEA's contributions to social/environmental fields and how I can contribute to sustainable growth and the environment
