Pyeongtaek Factory Technician

• Disassemble and assemble semiconductor laser equipment components on the Cymer production line
• Operate optical equipment and perform optical module testing
• Use various electrical measuring devices, tools, and production equipment
• Assemble advanced products in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Conduct quality inspections on products and components to ensure compliance with specifications
• Train and/or perform the tasks of other associates within the area when needed
• Collaborate with team members to identify problems and implement effective solutions
• Participate in Continuous Improvement (CI) activities to enhance quality, safety, and productivity
• Adhere to EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) regulations and company policies at all times
• Work overtime and perform additional duties as required by production needs

• 3~7 years of mechanical or electrical assembly where troubleshooting is required
• Optical technology experience preferred
• Familiarity with assembly tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• The ability to stand for long periods hours at a time
• Ability to work independently and with minimal direction or supervision
• Commitment to work safely in all aspects of the position
• Able to understand and read working instructions and diagrams
• Must be able to work any shift

Optical technology experience preferred
