Generalist로서 고객과의 긴밀한 interface를 통해 고객 공정에서 발생하는 문제를 정의하고 ASML product and service의 성능 극대화를 위한 솔루션을 제시; 고객과 긴밀하게 협력하여 논의 상황에 대한 진척사항을 지속적으로 업데이트; 이슈에 대한 초기분석을 수행하며, 관련부서와 협업을 통해 직면한 문제의 해결을 주도함; 현재 양산중인 N/N+1 node에 대한 고객의 요구사항에 따라 ASML Product의 향후 개선에 반영
업무 책임:
Customer support with general application engineering by providing extensive of photolithography and IC manufacturing to assist in solving complex problems
Define problems on wafer as first contact point and generalist for customer and provide support to them in resolving issues/problems in lithography system to help them maximize the performance and use of ASML products for customer satisfaction
Most closely work with customer. Meet and communicate proactively with customers to keep informed about progress
Perform first analysis. Engage and involve all relevant other parties to solve issue faced
Generate reports with technical contents and documentation activity for information sharing and learning
Provide input for future improvements to ASML products based on customer requirement for all current node
Manage Application service contracts execution/delivery
