사무 장비 관리
직장내 건강 및 안전 규정 준수 지원
미화, 조경, 팬트리 서비스 및 PPM 업체 관리
오피스 매뉴얼 및 연락처 관리
서류 정리 및 기본 문서 관리
이벤트 서비스 지원
주차 관리
업체 계약 관리
고객사 계약 업체 PO 관리
퍼실리티 코디네이터/보안팀과 연계한 고객 응대 지원
메일 룸 업무 백업
Ad-hoc 업무 지원
자격 요건:
Minimum 3-4 years of practical experience in facilities, administrative, hospitality or related fields
Demonstrated proactive and professional approach to customer service
Ability to interact with a wide range of client staff, including senior levels
Maintains professional and friendly attitude in customer interactions
Customer-oriented mindset and service spirit
Capacity to deal with ambiguity and solve complex problems effectively
Proven experience in problem-solving using quantitative approaches
Ability to implement holistic approaches for long-term solutions
Effective stakeholder engagement capabilities
Ability to balance client requirements with firm requirements
Management of conflict and competing priorities
Collaboration with vendors to deliver efficient services
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
Timeline management and time management abilities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
