Externally, they act as the primary client, briefing and managing relationships with creative, media, and public relations agencies to produce high-caliber work. The typical skill set for these jobs is both broad and deep. Candidates generally possess 5-10 years of progressive brand management experience, often within specific sectors like FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods), technology/SaaS, or retail.
