The consultant's pivotal responsibility is managing the entire placement process. This includes coordinating interviews, providing preparation advice to candidates, gathering detailed feedback from clients, and facilitating offer negotiations. They also handle critical administrative and compliance tasks, such as managing candidate documentation and conducting pre-employment checks. Ultimately, they are accountable for ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both the candidate and the client, from the initial job brief to the successful candidate's first day and beyond.
