During service, Line Cooks are tasked with preparing and cooking food items according to established recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines. They must expertly operate a variety of kitchen equipment, including stoves, ovens, grills, broilers, fryers, and sauté stations. A critical part of the role is monitoring food quality, ensuring every dish that leaves the kitchen is cooked to perfection, plated correctly, and served at the ideal temperature.
