They are also responsible for strict compliance with regulatory requirements, including Know Your Client (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) protocols. Managing audits, maintaining accurate client data, and ensuring all documentation is in order are daily operational tasks that protect the bank’s reputation.
