仕事内容:

The Territory Manager is responsible for achieving annual sales goals, managing customer relationships, and supporting business division strategies in the Chiba area. The role involves sales planning, market information collection, and compliance with pharmaceutical laws.

業務内容:

  • Accomplish the annual sales goals agreed upon by Business Division for each territory you are in charge
  • Establish good relationships with customers, wholesalers and other business partners in the territory you are in charge of
  • Take charge of the special tasks commissioned by Business Division or your immediate boss
  • Make annual sales plans based on the agreement with Business Division and your immediate boss
  • Try to achieve steady progress of each business step by collecting/providing information and by making use of various tools
  • Carry out sales activities that are in tune with the strategies of Business Division
  • Manage actual achievement results customer by customer and product by product
  • Conduct a monthly review of the sales results and make plans for the next month
  • Make a weekly table of action management and manage your actions according to the table
  • Present reports on the actual achievement results, etc. monthly or when you think it proper to do so, following the instructions given by BM or Business Division
  • Collect and report market information
  • Address the complaints in accordance with the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law as well as the procedure adopted by the company and Business Division
  • Try to strengthen relationships with customers by visiting them regularly
  • Observe company rules and regulations as well as those of the medical industry and conduct fair business
  • Any additional ad hoc jobs requested by the company and Business Division, and your immediate boss
  • Contribute to your Block by exercising your leadership over your junior staff/colleagues and by giving support to your immediate boss

応募資格:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in medical device product areas or related discipline, including direct experience in product sales
  • Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience
  • Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Ability to leverage and/or engage others to accomplish projects
  • Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization
  • Multitasks, prioritizes and meets deadlines in timely manner
  • Excellent personal computer skills including MS Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point
  • Interpersonal skills to build good relationships with customers
