Lead overall program responsibility for Telematics Programs
Steer international and cross-functional project teams
Manage project costs and resources
Develop top-level planning and control strategies
Align technical and commercial program targets with functional departments
Manage change management processes
Serve as technical interface with OEM customers
Oversee transition from prototyping to production
Actively participate in RFI/RFQ phases
Report to customers and internal stakeholders
Execute programs according to established processes
応募資格:
University degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
5+ years of experience in Program Management and Engineering
Proven project management experience in a global context
Excellent communication skills (Japanese and English)
Experience with program management tools (e.g., MS Project)
