As a Technical Program Manager, you lead cornerstone projects to deliver future mobile apps and platforms globally. This role drives the company's presence in the EV market while transforming the enterprise into a product-driven, agile culture.
業務内容:
Lead the mobile app and platform’s requirement gathering, technical specification alignment, and system integrations with different regions such as Japan and Asia
Create high-quality documents as necessary
Manage detailed project plans for different regions, track and report progress against agreed milestones
Interface between product, engineering, and QA to ensure requirements are traceable and deliverables meet acceptance criteria
Identify, communicate, and manage project risks and issues
Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and address issues
Lead cross-regional projects involving Japan and US teams.
応募資格:
2+ years of Technical Program Management, Project Management or related experience in tech startups or large companies
3+ years of experience as a software engineer or system architect
Native level Japanese
Business level English
Successful experience in large scale system design and implementations/integrations
Technical acumen to understand security, privacy, reliability, and safety aspects of the product
Experience in mobile app development (iOS and Android) and/or server and connection-heavy products
Proactive, detail oriented, master of collaboration.
