業務内容

自動運転システム開発の司令塔として、開発ロードマップの策定から実装・評価に至るまでのテクニカルマネジメントをリード
エンジニアリングチームとビジネス・現場運用チームの架け橋となり、技術的な妥当性を担保しながら「開発の停滞ゼロ」と「安全性・品質の最大化」を高度に両立
各事業部門のニーズと技術的な実現可能性を統合し、自動運転システムの機能開発ロードマップを定義する
複雑なソフトウェアスタックとハードウェアの依存関係を可視化し、プロジェクトのクリティカルパスを特定。マスタースケジュールを構築・管理する
チーム間調整：ソフトウェアとハードウェア（センサー・計算機）間のインターフェース調整を主導し、統合時の不整合を未然に防ぐ
技術的ボトルネックの解消：開発過程で生じる技術的なトレードオフ（例：計算リソースと認識精度のバランス）に対し、アーキテクチャの観点から最適解を導き出し、意思決定を加速させる
エンジニアリングチームへの指示：確定したマイルストーンに基づき、スプリントの優先順位やリソース配分を最適化。開発進捗を定量的に把握し、遅延リスクを早期に検知・解消する
安全性・信頼性の担保：機能安全（ISO 26262）やSOTIF（ISO 21448）のコンセプトを開発プロセスに組み込み、実証実験や社会実装に耐えうる品質を確保する
技術的な難所やリソースの制約が生じた際、全社的な優先順位に基づき、開発スコープの調整案を策定。経営層や顧客、パートナー企業を含むステークホルダー間の合意形成をリードする
