仕事内容:

本ポジションでは、現在開発中の建設機械の遠隔ソリューションにおいて、要件定義、機能設計、およびシステム設計をリードしていただきます。

業務内容:

遠隔ソリューションの要件定義とアーキテクチャ設計
カメラ映像の伝送・処理技術を活用したリモート操作システムの開発
上記設計機能のプロトタイプ作成および検証
開発チームのプロダクトオーナーとして、アジャイル開発のリード
外部ベンダーやパートナー企業との調整と協力
ロードマップに基づく開発・テスト・運用計画の策定とスケジュール管理
エンドユーザーの運用効率向上を目的としたUX/UI設計およびデザイナーとの連携

応募資格:

高解像度映像のリアルタイム伝送技術の理解（H.264/H.265エンコーディング、RTSP/RTMP、WebRTCなど）
自動車・建設機械・ロボットなどの遠隔操作システムの設計・実装経験
要求仕様の分析、システム設計、およびテスト経験
プロジェクト管理スキルおよびチームリーダーシップ経験
技術文書の作成、レビュー、および共有能力
技術者、営業、ユーザーなど多様なステークホルダーと円滑に連携するための優れたコミュニケーション能力

歓迎条件:

建設機械や自動車業界での開発経験
無人化施工またはDX推進プロジェクトへの関与経験
物体検出、追跡、障害物認識技術開発の経験（OpenCV、TensorFlow、YOLOなどを使用）
ソフトウェアの設計および開発経験（Python、C++）
クラウドプラットフォーム（AWS、Azure、GCPなど）の活用経験
ネットワークおよび無線技術を使った開発経験及び知識
