As a member of Baxter’s sales team, you’ll be aligned to one of our global business units and be responsible for new business, developing existing accounts and ensuring patient-centric approach in all your dealings. You’ll work within an assigned geographic area or with specific accounts to achieve or exceed personal and business goals, all in pursuit of our mission to save and sustain lives. In the sales role, you’ll have the opportunity to provide input on new markets and products, manage customer concerns, and collaborate with other teams.

Plan and execute sales strategy for the assigned area
Promote assigned products to hospital medical staff (doctors, nurses, ME, etc.) and provide post-sales follow-up
Understand the needs and requirements of each user
Maintain close collaboration with agents and business partners necessary for sales activities
Provide timely reports and collaborate with sales managers and marketing teams
Explore and propose additional sales channels (agents, business partners) as needed
Maintain and strengthen relationships with KOLs
Gather information on competitor trends and market environment in the assigned area
応募資格:
Minimum 5 years of sales experience for medical devices used in operating rooms
Experience with operating room equipment products, especially surgical tables and related products is highly desirable
Must be able to travel as needed (up to 2-3 days per week depending on the assigned area and situation)
Must be a team player with excellent cooperation skills
