• Deep expertise in retail store operations combined with a proven track record of managing store-facing technology systems (POS, Inventory Management, Mobile apps)
• Demonstrated experience thriving in a matrixed, multi-cultural environment, effectively bridging the gap between local markets and global headquarters
• A master at 'translation' you can take complex, abstract business needs and convert them into clear, actionable technical requirements and user stories
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage expectations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Advance Business level Japanese (N2+)
• Business English (Able to read and write)
