Bachelor's degree in a related field
3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Fluent in Japanese and English
Experience working with medical devices is a plus
Experience in a regulated environment is a plus
Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) principles
