Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their business challenges and demonstrating how ServiceNow’s Intelligent Automation solutions can address their needs
Lead technical pre-sales engagements, including customer workshops, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (PoC) implementations
Develop and present solution architectures, best practices, and automation roadmaps tailored to customer objectives
Collaborate with sales teams to define and execute go-to-market strategies for Intelligent Automation offerings

7+ years of experience in solution consulting, pre-sales, or technical advisory roles, preferably within enterprise software or automation domains
Strong expertise in Intelligent Automation, AI/ML, RPA, and workflow automation technologies
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow’s Automation solutions (e.g., Automation Engine, Flow Designer, RPA Hub) or similar platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.)
Proven ability to engage with senior executives and present complex technical concepts in a business-friendly manner
Experience in designing and implementing enterprise automation architectures, including integrations with existing IT and business systems
