At least 5 years of working experience in Facility Management with at least 3 years of relevant working experience in EHS
Proficient in MS Applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint with good IT skills for facility management systems
Ability to work well with key stakeholders and other departments/functions while possessing requisite technical skills
Strong communication skills both orally and in writing with ability to establish and maintain good relationships with colleagues
Team player capabilities with ability to motivate and engage with colleagues while listening actively and providing positive influence
Experience managing teams with responsibility for safety, engagement and development including onboarding and mentoring team members
Knowledge of Health and Safety best practices with experience in emergency evacuation procedures and drill coordination.

業務内容

Establish and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders while acting as Client's single point of contact for strategy implementation and escalation
Spearhead Client's process for business approval in the region while communicating and driving compliance in data capture for reporting systems
Manage site budget, spending and variance while working closely with Finance Manager to maintain data accuracy in finance area
Guide IFM team and ensure they deliver operation on time and in budget with required standards for site operation and data quality
Promote continuous quality monitoring and drive improvement on operation and documentation while ensuring best practices compliance
Support all Emergency related activities including training operations, support staff and contractors while monitoring their activities
Report necessary updates on evacuation drill related activities to regional team while working with site FMs to conduct planned annual drills
Collaborate with Transaction team to manage real estate transactions including acquisition of leasehold in buildings while developing strategic portfolio planning.

Minimum 10 years’ experience in Facilities Management or Hospitality
Minimum 5 years’ experience in people operations and client relationship management
Has experience in handling client matters with the experience to escalate or give first hand advice
Has demonstrated experience in balancing the interests of the client with those of the Firm
Has experience in translating strategic needs into deliverable programmes
Has handled a P&L and or understands financial systems
Is able to effectively communicate with any level of person in a client organisation in both English and Japanese
Is able to give coaching and leadership to staff
Is able to resolve first line conflicts regarding customer expectation and delivery
Is able to deal with political situations and defuse conflict

業務内容

Act as the single point of contact (POC) for customer technical issues and requests
Own customer escalations from problem identification through root cause analysis and final closure
Lead cross‑functional task forces and interface with BU Engineering and global support teams to resolve critical issues
Drive continuous improvement of system uptime, availability, and performance at customer sites
Analyze top issues using Pareto and data‑driven methodologies and prioritize corrective actions
Ensure implementation of corrective and preventive actions to avoid repeat issues
Manage Non‑Conformances (NCs) and lead completion of 8D reports for critical issues
Support FCO, retrofit, and TSB activities for released products
Oversee IQ and warranty management to meet cycle time, cost, and quality targets
Support NPI and CIP activities from a customer and field implementation perspective
