Responsible for SiC power semiconductor process integration construction
Advance process module integration for partial processes
Contribute to cutting-edge, high-performance, and highly reliable power device R&D as a process integrator
Research and propose development themes for the latest power semiconductor manufacturing processes
Advise on equipment selection for process equipment introduction
Build innovative and competitive process platforms
応募資格:
Approximately 20 years of experience in semiconductor or process technology research, development, or manufacturing
Proficiency in SiC process integration development
Expertise in process simulators and high-performance SiC power semiconductor process development
Knowledge of semiconductor new factory construction, equipment selection, and introduction processes
Experience in semiconductor process technology development, process equipment development, process equipment selection, and development or production line setup
Experience in improving technical bottlenecks and yield in production sites
Familiarity with the latest SiC power semiconductor process technology and a broad network in academia and industry
Excellent learning ability, problem-solving skills, communication skills, professional ethics, and teamwork spirit
Ability to travel overseas
Basic English communication, reading, and writing skills
