We are seeking a ServiceNow Consultant to play an active role in our company, a leading global IT service provider. The department you will be assigned to was newly established in 2022 and is currently undergoing expansion. Our strength lies in leading Japanese SaaS best practices and proposing and implementing them from a global perspective, providing advice with a global viewpoint and a customer-centric approach. You will gain experience in global ServiceNow projects by collaborating with our global team and ServiceNow strategic partner companies. A characteristic of our organization is that you can also gain experience in integrated solutions involving SaaS applications other than ServiceNow (such as SAP, Salesforce, Workday, etc.).
業務内容:
Providing support for solving business challenges as a ServiceNow expert
Collaborating with the global team to support the implementation of SaaS best practices
Proposing next-phase initiatives and implementing continuous improvement activities for client companies
応募資格:
Minimum 2 years of experience in building, developing, and maintaining/operating ServiceNow solutions at a consulting firm or SIer
Experience leading teams (approximately 3 to 10 members), including offshore members
Ability to communicate smoothly with clients and related organizations both internally and externally
Excellent Japanese communication and presentation skills (Japanese level N2 or above)
