Lead product-level QA activities in requirements definition and design reviews
Design and operate test automation frameworks, developing scripts and promoting CI/CD integration
Implement product-level process improvements using data to enhance efficiency and reliability
Drive product improvements using AI to maximize customer value
Promote a quality-focused culture and standardize quality criteria

6+ years of experience in software development or SDET roles
Proven experience in developing in-house software products or SaaS (frontend or backend)
Experience with QA for in-house software products or SaaS, including code-based test automation and tool development
Strong understanding of Agile testing methodologies
Experience with various testing tools and frameworks (Playwright preferred)
Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools
Excellent analytical and communication skills
