仕事内容:

As a Senior Network Engineer, you will manage mission-critical network infrastructure supporting park operations and DX initiatives. Collaborating with global teams, you ensure high availability and performance of wired/wireless networks across the campus and data centers.

業務内容:

  • Oversee daily network operations and maintain high availability
  • Implement configuration changes and ensure adherence to SLAs
  • Troubleshoot critical incidents affecting business operations
  • Manage networks using Cisco, Palo Alto, and Aruba technologies
  • Create documentation including network diagrams and SOPs
  • Drive operational improvements through automation and efficiency

応募資格:

  • Japanese: Fluent-level proficiency
  • English: Business proficiency, with the ability to collaborate with US-based teams
  • 5+ years of experience configuring and managing network equipment
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco switches and routers, ISE, Palo Alto firewall, Infoblox, Aruba Wireless
  • Experience in network operations and support environments
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
  • Basic knowledge of network automation (e.g., Python, Netmiko)
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

  • Experience in ERP systems like Dynamics, SAP, PeopleSoft, NetSuite ERP, Oracle ERP Cloud, Epicor, and/or related experience
  • Experience in ERP working in one or more of the following Retail-Technology areas: A good understanding of RETAIL industry
  • X++, C# and OOB knowledge, in addition to Design patterns concept knowledge (i.e. Request, Response)
  • Web stack developer knowledge, JavaScript, TypeScript and HTML5.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL or other related Database technologies
  • A solid understanding of IIS, troubleshooting website issues, HTTP responses using Fiddler or other Network Monitoring tools
  • Japanese Language: fluent in reading, writing and speaking.
  • English Language: confident in reading and writing
